    Just for your information, Kaufmann & Fabry Co. were the guys that bought out George Lawrance. Lawrence took, probably the most famous KAP of all time in 1906. Read more on on George Lawrence at: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qa3945/is_200207/ai_n9121376/

    I wondered if there was a relationship to Lawrence, given the Chicago address and similarity of images. Thanks, Henry!

    Brooks - Kaufmann & Fabry Co. bought the George R. Lawrence studio. I couldn't find a reference to the year, but there is a reference to the sale on page 9 of this history of Lawrence;
